Jim Beirne Custom Homes has been building beautiful custom homes since 1978. Currently we have several homes in various stages of construction in the Woodlands, one of the nation's premiere communities.

Jim Beirne is used to success. Football fans remember him as a wide receiver for the Houston Oilers and San Diego Chargers during the late 1960s to mid-1970s. During the off-season, Jim obtained a degree in industrial management at Purdue and worked in in the real estate business during the off-season. He obtained a broker's license and his experience provided him with an insight into the preferences of most home owners. Jim worked six years as a superintendent for a major building company before starting his custom home-building business in 1984.

Jim Beirne Custom Homes builds homes in the Woodlands that range in price from the $400,000s to $1.5 million. Jim builds home styles that include traditional and transitional and in sizes that range from 3,600 to 7,000 square feet.
