In 1979 Kosse went on his own as a homebuilder, but in 1992 they rejoined forces when Frank stepped in as on-site coordinator for his son's business.

While Kosse visits each job on a daily basis, having Frank at the helm on the jobsites allows him to spend more time concentrating on the essential areas of sales, finance, and budgeting. The financial background allows each customer an unusual degree of flexibility without sacrificing quality.
